Afin de mieux classer les demandes d'aide et fournir le meilleur service, nous utilisons un systeme de support base sur des numeros de dossier (tickets d'incident). Chaque demande de support se voit attribuer un numero unique d'incident avec lequel vous pourrez suivre l'evolution de votre demande ainsi que la consultation ulterieure des demandes closes et archivees.

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.
